ChatNow is a unique system that allows
anyone to join the chat, without needing a previous Internet access.
Now all you need is a computer with a modem/ISDN, and a phone line.
The only costs to you are the telecomms charges, which are in fact less
than the price of a local phone call. Take a look at the table below
for a list of tarifs:

Connecting to the ChatNow system is
very simple. Just follow the instructions below to tell your computer
how to connect.

- On your desktop, Click on My Computer
-> Dial-Up Networking -> Make New Connection

- Enter 'ChatNow' as the name of the connection
in the field at the top.
- Choose the connection device you would
like to use (modem or ISDN) in the second field and click
the Next button.

- Enter '90070707' as the number for your
connection in the Telephone Number field. Do not enter
anything into the Area Code field.
- Choose 'Luxembourg' in the Country Code
field.
- Click the Next button, then click
Finish. You should now see a new icon in your Dial-Up
Networking folder called 'ChatNow'. Click on it.

- In the new window that pops up, enter 'chatnow'
in the User Name field.
- Enter 'guest' in the Password field
and click the Save Password tab.
- Verify that the ChatNow phone number (90070707)
is correct in the Phone Number field.
- Click the Connect button to dial-up!
You should now be connected to the ChatNow system for
less than the cost of a local call

Once you are connected to ChatNow,
you can chat by entering "www.luxusbuerg.lu" in your web-browser.
You will have full access to the Luxusbuerg homepage and most P&T
sites, and you will be able to access the Luxusbuerg Chat Network with
your own IRC program if you wish.
